Our Returns Policy

Our sole goal is to ensure you are happy and your purchases from us are nothing less than a pleasure.

We will exchange or refund the price paid for any damaged/faulty item bought from Characters Galore if it is returned as sold, and within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the cost your item in full.

If you believe your parcel to be damaged please open it in the presence of the courier and sign as damaged if this is the case. Do not sign for your item if you believe it to be damaged as a signiture is a legaly binding contract which states that you have recieved the item in good condition.

If you are simply not happy with your purchase please inform us by e-mail or Ebay message within 7 days. The original packaging must be un- opened and the item must be in a condition fit for immediate resale. We will then be happy to offer a refund less postage/listing/final fee and paypal costs.

eBay Feedback

We leave feedback upon receipt as we are primarily sellers. Please leave feedback as it makes E-Bay a safe place to buy and sell for all of us. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting us first as your happiness as our customer is our prime concern. We will do all in our power to resolve any problems.

Shipping

It is with regret that we only ship to the UK/Northern Ireland at this time.

Our main goods carrier is DHL/MyHermes. We have chosen them for their outstanding delivery record and excellent customer service. Whilst we appreciate that they are not the cheapest courier on the market there is no doubt they are the best not only for delivery but for ensuring that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. In cases where the weight of an item is not in excess of 2KG we will post via Royal Mail.

You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address. If you wish your items to be shipped to an address other than your own you need to CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASE. We will not issue a refund for any reason relating to an error in the delivery address ( including all E-Bay or paypal errors) as it is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the shipping information we have is accurate.
